Postcards by Doolang Design
Postcards printed full color on both sides have become very economical due to recent advances in technology. It's hard to believe you could have high quality full color postcards printed both sides for about the same cost as a black and white photocopy. Mailing lists have become very targeted and accessible. It's easy to run your own campaign or we can help you, or run it completely however you like.
Doolang Design created these postcards for specific mailing campaigns and worked with the respective companies from conception to printing, to acquiring the lists, labeling and mail out. The total costs of both these campaigns were recoupable with a single response, which makes extreme economic sense. It&146;s really a no-brainer.
Porter & Porter, Inc., needed a way to promote their latest offering: Customer Service Boot Camp. The front side clearly and with impact demonstrates the effects of poor customer service and drives the message home. The copy was done collaboratively. The back side is shown below.
The back side of the postcard shows the Customer Service Boot Camp logo and excellent customer service in the photo of the receptionist. The benefits are concisely listed and address specific points relevant to the people who will be reading it. Contact information is clear and prominent. The colors are warm and exciting, but not overpowering. It contrasts with the cold harsh world of the front side shown above. These postcards can be mailed out for 24 cents and they don't have to be opened. They stand out from all the other mail and their glossy texture is very pleasant to touch. The customer impact quotient is very high for these postcards.
Yahoo Farm wanted to extend their reach to the outlying communities so they asked us to help them come up with a solution. We created this postcard emphasizing the price which is well below what is charged by the competition. The bright yellow is a big attention getter, it's hard to miss that in a handfull of mail. We also incorporated the chicken and pumpkin because they are cute little attention getters. The message we wrote is clear, concise and specific. The back side is shown below.
The back side of the postcard has a more lengthy description to fulfill the customers curiosity. There is a map created by Doolang Design which clearly shows the location and how to get to it, from a number of different approaches. The hours, phone number and website are prominent so that the next step of calling to book a trip is an easy one. To help Yahoo Farm succeed further we acquired the mailing list of local schools and day cares, printed and labeled and sent them out.
